Refund policy

Cha by Mountain Kahani is operated byĀ Durva Aromas Enterprises. We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have therefore designed a liberal cancellation and refund policy.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowedĀ only if requested on the same day the order is placed.
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.
  • Perishable itemsĀ such as flowers, food items, and other consumablesĀ cannot be cancelled.
  • A refund or replacement may be offered for perishable itemsĀ only if the customer proves that the product quality is unsatisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it to ourĀ Customer Service Team on the same dayĀ of receiving the product.
  • The request will be processed after the merchant/vendor checks and confirms the issue from their end.

Product Not as Expected

If the product received is:

  • Not as shown on the website, or
  • Not meeting your expectations,

You must notify our customer serviceĀ on the same day of receipt. After reviewing the complaint, our team will make a suitable decision.


Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For items that include aĀ manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.


Refund Policy

  • For any approved refunds byĀ Durva Aromas Enterprises, please allowĀ 6–8 daysĀ for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
