Shipping & Delivery Policy

International Shipping
For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

Shipping charges for international orders will be shared and added after order confirmation and will be as per actual courier costs.

Domestic Shipping (India)
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Dispatch timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms. Durva Aromas Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities once the order has been handed over for shipment.

Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Order and delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID provided during registration.
